The power of small

Recently I have been thinking about how small things have power. I read a book not long by Stanford Professor B J Fogg which was all about how tiny habits lead to big changes. The idea is basically if you don't have a lot of motivation for something you can just make the thing easier to do, and by doing so you actually end up accomplishing more.

So I guess that got me thinking about what small things I could do that would make a big impact on my life over the long run. Things like:

> Eating a little healthier
> Doing at least 1 pushup
> Writing my priorities down
> Etc.

The funny thing is that all of these things are rather small and don't require a lot. What small changes can you make in your life that will give you the motivation to get some positive momentum?
