Day 23

The videos seem to actually cause a surprising amount of change in my behaviour unconsciously. I have an entirely different set of patterns and I am forming alternate habits that I would have not normally formed. My:

> Priorities are different from what they would normally be
> Habits are different
> Evaluations of situations are different
> Choices are different

Things that would have seemed totally irrational and stupid to me before now seem intuitive and sensible. What I value and what I prioritize has changed a lot. How I operate in the world, how I make choices and how I go about life in general is very different

I notice I am far less stressed and have a tendency to iteratively improve things. I keep iterating upwards so every cycle tends to improve the average for some metric. I am also far more positive.

It is weird that videos could do so much to impact a persons behaviour
