Day 19

Almost 2/3 of the way through, life has improved a little bit more. My thoughts:

> Life does not improve unless you make it improve
> Life improves by taking action
> Focusing on the things you want on a daily basis causes you to take actions to bring that into your life, both consciously and unconsciously

I am also wondering about why I pursue these things, and I am enjoying many things I never enjoyed very much before. So it is odd in some ways but I do notice I am getting further away from my default behaviours

Which is perhaps the point. Doing whatever is my default choice, default action, default behaviour leads to the current life situation. The moment I move away from that, life changes.
